• During my incumbency at Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF), the Rwanda’s sovereign wealth fund, as a founding HR and Administration Manager, I had a privilege to get instrumentally involved in the drafting of governance &.

Kigali, Rwanda

• At Higher Education Council, Rwanda's regulatory body for universities, my principal role was around supporting the strategy for widening access to university education across the country. My work to coordinate reviews.
• Advising potential investors in higher education on opportunities in Rwanda,
• Coordinating assessments of applications to establish universities, opening university campuses, reviews of applications to offer new graduate and postgraduate programs,
• Coordinating the conduct of institutional academic audits of universities,
• Participating in the verification of universities’ compliance with higher education students admission criteria as set out by the Ministry of Education,
• Writing various reports to Executive management and the Board of Directors and drafting cabinet papers to GoR Cabinet on applications for accreditation of universities.

My major role was to support communication strategy through translation of web contents from French into English, writing articles for web & newsletters and translation of other communication materials & organisation's documents.
