The most recent Executive experiences derive mainly from the plight of the European Automotive industry, where as CEO and Managing Director I took care of several decision areas: organization, finance, administration, Auditing, legal, HR relations, negotiation with stakeholders, commercial. This results in a specific "Expertise" in Corporate crisis management which is difficult to find in the consulting specialist market, extremely helpful in case of corporate reorganization and restructuring.
