Current•Assesses issues and assists staff with problem situations.•Assists with recruiting, training, and mentoring technicians within assigned region.•Transfers/escalates service requests to the correct functions to ensure proper care.•Identifies opportunities for improved service to client partners.•Ensures service level standards are met throughout all help desk and field operations.•LMA: Lead, Manage, and hold accountable 6 direct reports, ensuring quality standards are met.•Maintains documentation to track service trends, failures, and goal achievement.•Evaluates areas of operational service, communication, and resolution for efficiency.•Maintains healthy relationships with partner main points of contact. Main point of contact to regional partners•Participates in meetings/reviews of partner agreements and assists with disputes as needed
