"WE DOUBLE UP" was introduced to me off the connection of "BIC LIGHTER HOLDER". The same investor from BIC LIGHTER HOLDER wanted me to build something with a market that was much bigger then "BIC LIGHTER HOLDER". After he secured himself with an NDA he discussed his idea with me, I guided him towards the best fit for his idea, which was a mobile application. I created a packet with custom logos and hand drawings; the document was created as an RFP (Request for Proposal). He was amazed by how fast & detailed/organized the document was, never once read it. The RFP was sent to a Developing Company in NY “BIG DROP Inc.”. Before that we traveled to NY to discus the process of an IOS app being created. BIG DROP response to the proposal, “one of the most organized “RFP’s” they’ve seen, but the technology was too advance for their field of study”. The technology was Augmented Reality and at the time only one company created Augmented Reality, it was “POKOMON GO”. So since there were no developers with the skills of developing augmented reality, we had to scale back our app. I scaled back the RFP and we got a Chinese Developer to follow the guidelines of the RFP. He created the back-end functionalities of the app. Front-end development the main shareholder wanted to out source for, while he looked for other investors. As technology progressed, a company ended up making 95% of the scaled back version of the app I created. The main shareholder went through life issues, which was understandable but eventually took too long to get back to the app. He limited me to what I can say and do. So I had no control. After explaining to him the scaled back version was made, he asked me if I sent the documents to him or the developer. He cut ties with me after I said yes I sent you the Document. I never send anyone my documented work unless it’s paid work; this was a bootstrap start up. Having all the documents and evidence that I spent thousands of minutes working on he never called..

During the period of time preceding "We Double Up" I Invented a Lighter holder. Started out with a 3D pencil Drawing on paper, Created 3D autoCad Drawing of Lighter holder. Researched and found "EMCO INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS, LLC" (http://www.emcoplastics.com). Gave them the 3D CAD drawings & correct measurements to build the product out of a worthy material but fair priced as-well. A couple days later received my prototype. The prototype was perfect, couldn't have been cut any more precise. Before speaking to the manufacture I filed a "UNITED STATES DESIGN PATENT APPLICATION" securing my Intellectual Property rights as Patent Pending. Contacted an amazing Chinese manufacturing & sourcing Company "VONA CONSULT" (https://www.vonaconsulting.com). Found an investor who Loved the product, as-well as the idea. I took a trip to "VONA CONSULT" becoming the middle man between the Investor and VONA CONSULT. The prices VONA CONSULTING was able to get me was amazing. The investor asked for a day to think about it. Leaving "VONA CONSULTING" on BROAD WAY NEW YORK I received a call from my business partner who I sent to meet face to face with the investor as I was In NY nogitating "bulk prices". The investor stated that he was of old age and has been looking for someone to talk to about an idea he had with a cell phone. His reason of turning down BIC Lighter Holder was the outcome grew to slow/small & wanted to build something bigger for his grandchildren. He introduce his idea to me, due to that he would invest on his idea I put BIC Lighter Holder to the side to began a new business adventure. Still looking for investors for an idea such as this one but better. Someone may make this but know I invented it first, Can't disclose ideas here.
