I currently work as the VP of Sales/Chief Evangelist at JDXpert, a leading job description management software provider. In my role, I work closely with HR, compensation, and talent acquisition teams to understand work, analyze their pain points around job information and help them implement solutions that save time, reduce risk, and increase efficiency. I'm proud to say that JDXpert has helped hundreds of organizations transform their job information processes and optimize their compensation, compliance and recruitment efforts.Before co-founding JDXpert, I spent several years in various technology, and business development roles at other HR technology companies, where I honed my skills in client service, relationship-building, and strategic planning.
