Most recently as Director of Social Media and Marketing Operations, running two integral teams at once.Social: Built our social media team from the ground up, and oversaw expansion and implementation of enterprise-wide social media strategy and policy. Led digital consumer marketing campaigns across 450+ local social handles. Managed executive stakeholders from Comms, Product, Marketing and C-Suite. Oversaw acquisition and implementation of an enterprise social management solution across 450 disparate, independently-managed, local social media handles as well as numerous corporate-level handles.Marketing Ops: Worked with Yelp Product Managers and Product Leadership to get internal products built for our Community Management department, as well as bringing direct end-user feedback back to Product. I built and oversaw a the team responsible for supporting an international remote organization of Community Managers including providing logistics and a centralized wiki, acting product liaison, growing feedback channels and providing communication support. Associate Regional Lead: Built and wrangled a remote team of Yelp Community Managers across four time zones. Training, developing CM's and strategy, measuring success metrics, and fostering growth across the US. Prior to my management turn, I acted as Portland Community Director for Yelp, planning massive events, writing a weekly newsletter to over a quarter of a million people, and managing various highly-engaged social media channels. Prior to my engagement with Yelp, I practiced insurance defense litigation in Portland, OR. Also a 2008 graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School and admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon in '08 (currently inactive).
