Responsible for overall budgeting, staffing, sales and marketing for division while continuing as Producer/Director/Videographer/Editor on larger projects. Production Manager (January 1991 to February 1998) Reported directly to division manager and on occasion to Eau Claire Press Company General Manager, other division managers, and business partners. Worked closely with Sales Manager to achieve company objectives, trained and managed team of up to eight full-time production staff. Also produced, directed, videotaped, and edited an average of fifteen long-form programs per year.Video Producer/Director/Videographer/Editor (January 1990 to October 1999)Worked closely with sales department and clients to determine best way to meet client needs. Directly responsible for planning, budgeting and staffing of each project. Directed production staff and talent on production shoots while also operating camera. Edited videotapes into final programs.Videographer/Technician (May 1987 to December 1989)Responsible for camera operation in a variety of program formats including live-to-tape, documentary, and training.
