My career in safety and training since 1991 has been dedicated to both the public and private sector. This has included public education, public safety, physical and executive security in state government, and safety and training in the oil and gas industry. In my career, any individual success I have had comes from a team approach. My current goal as training manager is for our training and development team to provide each department and business unit the training necessary that will strengthen their knowledge, skills, and abilities. The end result is to do our part as a team to help provide a superior service to our company's customers.
