As a People & Culture executive with over 30 years of experience and 17 years of service as an enlisted member and officer in the US Army Reserve, I’ve dedicated my career to partnering with leaders to build organizations that value people and performance.As Chief People & Culture Officer at Kiva, I lead HR initiatives across talent management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational capability building. These efforts foster a culture of innovation and service, supporting organizational growth and employee engagement while aligning with Kiva’s financial inclusion and social impact mission.My prior military service instilled a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment to service. Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to HR initiatives of varying scopes, founded and grown HR services firms, and facilitated cross-functional collaboration at the executive level.
