Mr. Chamberlin continues to leverage both his technical and project management background, providing the necessary leadership and coordination of local and remote teams for secure integration of on-premises and cloud-based architectures.

Serving as the project manager for a $20M Federal engagement, Mr. Chamberlin manages the daily activities and deliverables of multiple CGI members and subcontractors as well as CGI’s contractual obligations of status reporting, financial and EVM reporting, risk/issue management, resource management, and deliverable management. Mr. Chamberlin contributes to strategic planning and tactical execution, fully leveraging his ECM expertise and that of his team across multiple concurrent projects to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. His responsibilities include oversight of all SDLC activities, including management, planning, implementation, and O&M phases. Additionally, Mr. Chamberlin leverages his technical background to provide guidance and direction with critical initiatives, where he contributes to business requirements definition, technical training, and leadership for technical design efforts and solution system architectures.
