I employed expertise to oversee the exponential store growth from 30 stores to 210 stores. I controlled $1.5M in licensing, support, and purchasing POS budgets.I served as Project Manager on numerous special projects and upgrades such as a 145 store POS upgrade from 6.0 to 6.2 Connected Store and 3 major yearly events including 11 booths and 55 registers generating $3M in sales in a collective 27-day period.I researched and implemented comprehensive merchandising, POS, and auditing software; ultimately eliminating 14% downtime obstacle.I combined change management and technical expertise to convert inventory/merchandise data from 4 acquisitions; discovering and utilizing a systematic method to associate 1.4M UPCs with BB database.
