Head Of Marketing
CurrentI am responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ClearSource's services, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. In this role, I lead a campaigns and marketing automation manager in the US and a creative team of 10+ based in the Philippines. Together we help tell the ClearSource story to brands in healthcare, renewable energy, SaaS and a few select others. A sample, "day in the life" includes:Developing, and then executing on our strategic marketing plan, to include long-term demand and ABM to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.Leading a global team providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance.Overseeing all aspects of ClearSource marketing including branding, digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and public relations.Collaborating with my peers on the executive team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall goals in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Sales and Client Services.Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.Onboarding and growing our use of 6Sense to drive our ABM and outreach campaigns.Optimizing and evangelizing our use of HubSpot for our SMARKETING team.Managing our marketing and advertising budgets and ROI to optimize our spend.Driving the development of compelling, targeted marketing collateral, campaigns, and initiatives to engage target audiences and drive lead generation.Cultivating relationships with key partners, clients, industry influencers and affiliates, and media outlets to enhance ClearSource's visibility and reputation.Attempting to keep up with all that's expected of today's CMO/Head of Marketing, especially with AI being infused in every aspect of our daily execution.Measuring and reporting on the performance of all the above and our marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
