In June 2015 South Bay Brokers merged with Vista Sotheby's International Realty. This is the best thing I have ever done! It is very rewarding helping people find their dream home or a great investment among the many luxury homes in the beach cities; Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and the south bay. The weather is mild year around (I grew up in the mid-west so I know winter) and with that year around outdoor fun. I love sailing year around and can surf in the morning and ski in the afternoon. This is a great place for your principal residence or second home and there are lots of investment opportunities. Lots of people live here year around because there are lots of employment opportunities within an hour's drive.

Santa Monica, Ca

I was responsible for the management of 3 commercial buildings totaling over 200,000 sq ft, and 50 apartment buildings throughout west Los Angeles. Century West was a development company so most of the buildings were new buildings they built, but a few were older under LA City or Santa Monica rent control. I worked under the CEO, Harry Mow, and it was a great experience.

Indiana & California

I started out managing 2 apartment communities in northwest Indiana and was promoted to regional manager of northern California properties. As regional manager I was responsible for the operations of 6 apartment communities in Sacramento, Stockton and the bay area. I also spent time on assignment to help solve problems at properties in: Arkansas, Illinois & Colorado.
