Manager, Solutions Delivery
Current• Drive standard methodologies within services for the work performed by Solution Architects and Consultants• Ensure architectural consistency and coherence between technical capabilities of the system ensuring sustainable solution• Owns policies and procedures for configuration guidelines and standard processes ensuring efficient, reusable configuration details is produced by team and measured through regular reviews• Works closely with the Delivery teams to assess and management risk, maintain proper resource levels on projects as well as identify and raise issues• Mentor and develop a bench of future solution leads• Responsible for people management activities including recruitment, onboarding, setting expectations, performance management, coaching and mentoring• Augment and support the team skills ensuring to meet customer commitments• Work with leadership as needed to identify areas for continuous improvements in the areas of hiring, skills training, services offering and product knowledge.• Work with Research and Development, as required, to raise opportunities, advance and support the prioritization of product/development items• Use voice of the customer and leverage industry trends and a strategic approach to work with Product Management to ensure product gaps are considered for future development• Supports other cross functional groups (e.g. Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales) as needed to ensure the health of all prospective, in-flight, and/or deployed system implementations• Provide support for client issues with a strong commitment to client success, steering towards positive outcomes.• Constantly monitor for and identify trends that can help improve services implementation and methodology• Actively seek opportunities to lead and/or participate in process improvement initiatives to enable achievement of business objectives• Develop and make process or policy recommendations in order to improve team effectiveness.
