About Doneisha Matlock

My love of event planning and recreation started in middle school. I would help all of my friends plan successful gatherings and ensure their overall needs were satisfied based on a number of key factors such as budget and an ideal location. I also have experience planning various activities and games for my caregiver clients based on the physical and developmental needs of their children. It wasn't until my junior year of college that I discovered recreation offered in therapeutic settings and immediately fell in love with the profession. Upon completion of an internship, I will sit for the NCTRC exam to become a certified RT and continue to host events and social gatherings for those who wish to improve their quality of life.
