-Produce short films, documentaries, promotional content, advertisements, event coverage, and social media marketing for clients including After School Matters, the Chicago Community Trust, Chicago Urban League, Civic Consulting Alliance, the Kovler Foundation, Jackson Park Advisory Council, LUV Institute, PRIDE South Side 2019 Festival, the University of Chicago, and various entrepreneurs and corporations -Client-focused and deadline-responsive business communications from project ideation to final product, including budget negotiations, storyboarding, rough cut screening, and completed video with color correcting and color grading -Build equipment packages customized to audio and visual requirements of individual shoots

-Record and edit content for individual clients and organizations including the Green Line Performance Arts Center (event coverage), Greenhouse Theater Center (performance coverage), Media Process Group (The School Project), and Telekult GmbH (multiple short documentaries aired on Showtime and German TV)-Manage media and organize post production workflow-Travel to on-location film sites in places including Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, and Tennessee

-Instruct over 500 students on the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of completing short documentaries-Design and implement digital checkout system for student use of audio and video equipment, computers, and other multimedia production tools-Establish protocols for media management prioritizing data organization and efficient post-production workflow-Train students on audio, video, and lighting equipment and post-production software for podcasts, videos, and other multimedia projects, as well as professional development workshops on interview skills and active listening-Publish over 800 media projects to website, YouTube, and social media and distribute student projects to film festivals-Deliver workforce development programming for 18-24-year-olds building professional skills and networks

-Camera operator and editor for over 50 video productions commissioned by clients including After School Matters, the Chicago Community Trust, Chicago Public Schools, Cities of Peace at the Jane Addams Hull-House Museum (University of Illinois at Chicago), Mikva Challenge, The Phoenix Pact (North Lawndale College Preparatory High School), The Peace Hub (UCAN), Working In The Schools (WITS) -Capture audio and video using consumer cameras, DSLRs, and high-production cameras and professional-grade lighting and audio equipment-Edit short documentaries and promotional videos using Adobe Suite and Final Cut Pro -Onboard and mentor young professionals launching careers in multimedia production -Travel domestically and internationally for on-location shoots in places including, New Hampshire, Wisconsin,SAM and Cambodia
