Extensive work as program administrator with platform insurance program - sales support, program planning, training curriculum, retail bank partner liaison. Was moved into senior project analyst for investment company president for two years, focusing on corporate projects and strategic partner relationships. Then continued work with platform program as sales management and operational liaison.

Primary responsibility for management of WaMu sales training and customer service curriculum, including instructional design, coordination of ongoing business partner management, external vendor relationships, and acquisition conversion training orientations.

Internal wholesale of annuities and insurance through subsidiary WM Life, then transitioned to platform program design (co-wrote NASD-approved equivalent Series 6 securities training), managed sales training and administrative functions in program with emphasis on training modules, extensive experience with classroom delivery, and working closely with Compliance.

Merger and acquisitions - represented coprorate relations division managing acquisition-related functions and conversions.

Corporate marketing, responsibility over deposit product line, managing various campaigns, merchandising and acquisitions conversion marketing. Also focus on communications, working closely with Corporate Communications team.
