Supply Chain Manager
Current- Continually monitoring stocks levels of main raw materials.- Coordinate with the production manager to plan the raw material requirement. - Contact suppliers and send purchasing requirements.- Receive offers and proposals from suppliers, keep them, study all technical issues, payment terms and other terms and conditions and select among them.- Negotiate and bargain for quality, quick delivery and purchase price with the suppliers.- Creating purchase orders in SAP system.- Liaise with the suppliers or vendors for smooth flow of the essentials without any time delays.- Follow up all activities related to procurement such as: import receiving, clearance, invoice etc.- Overseeing arrival of shipments and coordinate with local logistics partners. - Manage receiving materials and goods from suppliers until delivering them to the store.- Ensure the timely delivery of raw material to site to avoid any delay in the production.- Prepare periodic reports regarding the procurement activities and maintaining an expediting file. - Responsible for coordinating and tracking with suppliers about the delivery schedule of various spare parts for the plant.- Keep in contact with sales team and passing information about the product availability and delivery time for the various location.- Planning and scheduling the delivery of finished product according to customer requirement. - Creating sales order in SAP as per customer purchase order.- Coordinate with customer regarding delivery date.- Creating delivery note, packing list and CoA from SAP. - Negotiating the services of 3rd party carriers, couriers and freight forwarding companies. - Coordinating with production manager for safe loading of shipments.
