GHRC’s MSD Media Academy ProjectThe MSD project aims to share essential knowledge and popularize cutting-edge information on diseases, health policies, medical technology, and other global health issues, among Chinese journalists working in the health-related area. As student workers, our job is to use given data and textual materials to design and make infographics accurately.

• Staff and/or oversee music and other performance events, programs, and activities both on and off campus outside working hours in the evenings and weekends • Plan, implement and evaluate annually campus-wide arts events, for example but not limited to, Arts and Music Festival. • Document events/programs for publication and archival purposes (photographs and/or videos), provide written report(s) of student activities in both English and Chinese • Manage resource and reservation systems and schedules for student activities • Communicate with invited guests and vendors involved with student events/activities • Administrative and logistical support to staff team members • Translate or proofread as needed by staff in both written and oral forms • Other tasks assigned by Campus Engagement staff
