- Responsible for introducing new materials and managing the material quality for all the processes, products in R&D and Manufacturing Centers of MEMORY and S.LSI.- Developed new & cost-effective materials for the various processes of the next generation Devices (DRAM, Nand Flash and Logic) - Defined developing strategies to get cost-effective and continuous, comparable quality materials to overcome any process and material limitations.- Reduced the lead time for getting a new material up to 40% by streamlining the work procedure and systemized the design flow.

- Responsible for the material incoming and quality for manufacturing in SAS (Samsung Austin Semiconductor)- Transferred the technology intelligently in the parts of materials, clean rooms, and chemical analysis from the headquarters to Austin. - Increased the local supplying capability by adding new suppliers and implementing consulting programs so that the quality grade could meet for the device-requirement.- Led three MTT (Material Technology Team) modules such as materials, clean rooms, and chemical analysis for fab operation.
