Check the new supplier applications from sourcing.- Maintain SAP supplier master dataKey user of SAP and other internal systems.Create / maintain / block / unblock supplier in systems.- supplier performance evaluationLead, carry out and follow up monthly evaluation, annual supplier ranking and classification.Focus on On Time Delivery (OTD), Quality Of Delivery (QOD), LeadTime,Service and so on.- supplier auditsOn-site audits for both new suppliers and existing ones.Audits would focus on Quality System (SQP audit) and Sustainability (SSDP audit, see below).Make the audit plan for 2 factories, coordinate and arrange auditors.(For me, will audit about 30 suppliers per year, traveling around in China.)-Supplier Sustainability Development Program (SSDP)Focus on suppliers’ compliance, human rights, safety, environment protection and so on.By auditing supplier, identify social responsibility risk from supply chain and control the risk.Help 3rd party (DNVGL or BV) to carry out audit and follow the corrective actions.Or carry out 2nd party audits independently, for I have got SSDP lead auditor certificate from DNVGL.(Only 60 lead auditors in ABB China so far until 2015.)- Conflict Minerals program (CM)Lead CM team (SCM and R&D from 2 factories) to carry out group's CM program.- SCM Risk ManagementEstablish a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for supply chain, which defines how to handle and protect from the supply interrupt if key supplier meets a disaster.(Since 2013, there were 2 real cases for running BCP)

-In charge of everything about projector lamps:Lead SQE of my team to monitor materials’ quality.Convene monthly meetings to confirm forecast, capacity and production plan.Trouble shooting of assembly line.Handle customer’s problem or complain.Carry out cost down projects, especially those about parts interchange.

-New Product IntroductionResponsible for NPI of A3 and A4 ink jet printer. (Introduced about 10 models during that 2 years.)Lead the NPI process and convene meetings in each phase of the project.Build up BOM of new product and follow up local suppliers’ delivery with purchase team.Define new product’s manufacture process and complete Work Instruction, SOP for new product.-Technical Support for MP modelsWork with teams to resolve manufacturing and quality problems.Issue EC (Engineering Change), Work Instructioin and follow up.Maintain BOM and SOP.Carry out cost down ideas, especially localization of parts.
