Fast Multipole Method in numerical simulation of EM field scattering

• Simulate transfer of polarized light in coupled atmosphere-ocean system using Monte Carlo method. • Debug and develop software Hydrolight in dealing with Raman scattering process.• Numerically derived Muller matrix for polarized Raman scattering for the first time.• Analyze large-scale data sets to validate and improve Raman scattering model in seawater.
