Responsible for instruction, curriculum development and operation of the Health Careers Certification Instructional Program.

-Serve as liaison between internal/external customers and internal staff regarding employer wellness solutions including product, price, broker marketing materials, renewals and referrals. -Identify and maintain in-depth knowledge of markets and industry trends. Serve as a wellness SME. Communicate, present, sell, influence and educate appropriate channel partner, staff, customers on stategy/pricing efforts to changes in the marketplace. -Establish and build broker relationships in Southwest Region. Build awareness and sell Principal Wellness Company products and services in this region.-Serve as the ongoing sales relationship manager for preferred broker arrangements through ongoing training and sales support in order to increase revenue. Provide Channel partner support regarding logistics surrounding broker trainings and marketing/sales strategy -Track leads and opportunities via SalesForce.com for purposes of pipeline, forecasting and referral compensation -Increase Principal Wellness market competitiveness by maintaining frequent communication with sales and product development teams regarding consultant feedback on products and services and serving as the competitive landscape expert. Research and collect competitive information and deliver to internal stakeholders through written and verbal channels. -Respond promptly and accurately to all inquiries and conduct effective situation diagnosis to address issues and/or refer to appropriate parties for resolution.

-Direct, Develop, and Administer Wellness Operations for 25+ staff as well as remote employees.-Support and Develop screening leaders and screening staff.-Lead operations in the delivery of efficient, effective and customer service oriented events.-Build infrastructure that will support future growth.-Influence revenue and growth-Maintain and monitor a highly secure environment for customers.

-Train all new employees that were hired in Austin and Ft. Worth.-Train on customer service, worksite health screening (manual blood pressure, finger stick/cholestech, body comp, BMI), one-on-one consultations, phlebotomy, HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens-Build and facilitate continuing education/testing

Led a team of health screening specialists on a daily basis. Traveled primarily in Texas however we did health screenings across all of the United States.

-Assist in setting up for practices and games.-Prepare uniforms, equipment, and supplies for players and staff.-Assist in drills and practice as needed.-Recieve, Inventory, and stock equipment and gear for the team.
