We are very excited to give a brief glimpse into a project that we began about a year ago. I believe we will change forever the way people buy and sell real estate. We are in the final stages of development and this internet based systemwill reduce transaction times by as much as 60% and cut failed escrows by as much as 40%! When completed this service will slash the listing agents workload by as much as90%! The buyer’s agent’s workload can be cut by up to 30%.Asset Managers will find that they can take on nearly double the transactions with no increased workloads. It is truely a dream come true. Initially it will be rolled out to the REO industry, but will be available for all types of transactions by the end of 2009. I will leave you with that little bit of enticement and this one thought. The system we are developing uses technology to go places that most of us have never even thought about. But once you have gone, I promise you will wonder how you ever made it without it!In early July we will select a company to run Beta testing.
