I was raised by a single mother whose dedication to excellence was a model that propelled me to succeed. I went to college because she never had that chance. Her determination inspired me as she built an ad agency from scratch to become a $10M company. Because my mother believed in me, I had the courage to start a business at about the same time I got my driver’s license, and I sold the company when I was 19. I joined the family advertising firm, building the media and PR platform with personalities like Ryan Seacrest, Hulk Hogan, Manny Pacquiao and Mario Lopez. I went on to earn two Cisco certifications and built SEM programs as well as the number one help-wanted website in the telecom industry. In 2011, I combined my marketing skills, business experience, and technology knowledge to create the world’s first 24/7 integrated marketing execution center dedicated to wowing the customer through a customer-centric company culture and purpose. During this time, I unlocked the secret to attract, hire, and retain millennials. After all, they will soon be the ones who run our corporations. I teach people how to pivot their business model so that they are staffing strategically and help them solve business challenges. My success is due in part to support and guidance. At just 25 years old, I became the youngest member of Vistage, the world’s leading executive coaching organization. The peer advisory group was invaluable to me as I continued to rise higher in my career. That’s why I became a Vistage chair: to help people make the transition from pursuing their passion to actually living their dream. My goal is to develop strong leaders who will build great companies. When I’m not working, I push myself in other ways. I’m a competitive athlete and alpine climber. I’ve climbed Mt. Rainier and taken the mountaineer’s route to the summit of Mt. Whitney. I can help you scale whatever mountainous issue you’re facing.
