- Managing & coordinating the social projects between local authority and international volunteers- Training & guiding the Vietnamese volunteers for running social projects- Being as a leader as well a volunteer to "get and give" for the community - Managing the finance budget and trying to get fund raising

Be part of volunteer staff who always support and run the events and programs- Managing 2-3 HR members to upload the tasks every week like recruitment, bonding activities...- Leading the volunteers' team of about 10-14 people (admin, interpreter) to cover all the English online courses through Zoom- Presenting the training sessions to new HR members- Supporting the others of the HR team if necessary - Hosting the Y's meetings and preparing the agenda - Building the team building plan for online/offline meeting about 20 people
