Operator Experience team at Heroku

Logikcull is a cloud-based legal discovery platform designed to help legal professionals manage and analyze large volumes of electronic data for litigation and investigation purposes.At Logikcull, I am part of the backend team that manages a data processing pipeline written in Ruby, where we seamlessly process over tens of millions of documents and terabytes of data per week. I build scalable and distributed systems to explode containers, extract text and metadata, and render various kinds of file types. With my team, I work towards increasing system visibility by augmenting real-time monitoring, tracing, and logging. My role includes supporting the CI/CD process and reducing the release duration.My most notable contribution is leading the distributed Optical Character Recognition system, achieving high accuracy and scale in parsing textual evidence from images for millions of documents per week.(Logikcull was acquired by Reveal in August 2023)

- Facilitated programs for international students to access opportunities and connect with community- Organized pre-orientation each year for 450+ international students and 60+ upperclassmen mentors- Assisted in filing taxes for 300+ international students as a certified VITA tax preparer
