Led operational level Command and Control of Air, Space, Cyber, and Information Operations. The 607 AOC serves as the focal point for planning, directing, and assessing combat operations to meet Commander, AFFOR-KOREA operational objectives and guidance throughout the Korean Theater of Operations.

Shaw Air Force Base

Directed base/community support for Ninth Air Force, Air Forces Central Command, and Third Army HHQ, supporting 6,000 military, 15,000 dependents and 7,000 retirees. Chaired 12 base councils that managed four Groups and 19 Squadrons operating 85 F-16CJ fighter aircraft in the United States Air Force’s largest Counterair Wing worth $4.3B. Directed annual operations, maintenance, medical and housing budgets worth $220 million dollars. Led wing execution of Air Force, Joint, Allied Coalition plans and Air Sovereignty Alert missions.

Pentagon

Led team supporting USAFRICOM operational and security assistance objectives. Directed historic establishment of U.S. Africa Command’s D.C. office. Formulated and implemented Africa Command’s strategic engagement strategy within the National Capital Region. Commander’s Representative to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Army, Navy, Joint Staff, Component Commands, the Interagency, non-DoD agencies, academic think tanks, and the United States Congress. Managerial acumen provided executive/administrative support to Africa Command’s general/flag officers deployed to the National Capital Region

Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter Sc

Supervised 56 Airmen; Responsible for training, welfare, discipline and morale of 32 pilots and 24 enlisted personnel. Led an aggressive upgrade program that ensured squadron ready to execute wartime mission. Deploy the first USAF Fighter squadron to Pakistan for regional exercise. Enhance US relations, taught necessary training rules and Large Force Employment standards to Pakistan Air Force pilots.

Supervised 12 Airmen; Led wing Ground, Flight and Weapons Safety programs. Ensure vigorous Wing Safety academic programs implement base wide affecting six thousand Airmen, Advanced Wing Safety programs to address high turnover rate at remote base and ensured they were fully integrated into squadron programs.

Advised Senior Leaders on current and future weapons capabilities. Represented PACAF during numerous Theater Engagement deployments, instructed allied nations on US Airpower tactics and weapons effectiveness. Led planning for Cope India 04, first fighter exercise held in India and first opportunity against SU-30K and Mig 21 Bison aircraft.
