We work at providing one to one coaching, Group Training as well as setting up Mastermind groups to discuss Personal Growth concepts as well as Leadership ideals. Through our life's journey, we sometimes realize that we might not be where we want to be and we need to make adjustments. That is where we can help. The manager of the office was a direct report and together we were responsible that all requirements of the Real Estate Act were adhered.

Sales PersonLittle Oak Realty Sep 1984 - May 1992I became a licensed REALTOR in 1984 and earned my Broker license in 1989. Little Oak Realty was founded by my father in 1977 and it was rewarding to have been able to work with him in the family business. In 1992 he was beginning to think retirement so I joined the management team. Several months later we saw that it would be beneficial to add a Franchise to our operation and saw that RE/MAX was our best choice. In January of 2000, I partnered with Ray Yenkana to buy my Father out and became a Broker Owner of the company. Since that time we have been fortunate to grow the company from 30 agents to over 100.
