I cannot think of a better way to have an impact and make a living!Except that there is this part of me that loves puzzles and I have trained for a long time to be really really good at them - and that bit loves designing software and machines - and telling them precisely what to do. That way I also get to have an impact and make a living...And combining the two I lead and train teams to do amazing things with technology...And I occasionally sleep.The artefacts we produce reflect the teams that built them.It is primarily all about people.Which is all about being who you want to be.And all of the rest of it is about relationships...And those are all about Love...
