- Handle booking requests (FCL and LCL), from local and overseas, use Cargowise1 to operate shipment and customer’s information,- Support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, ensuring that customer needs are integrated into the system along with their order.- Communicate with customers regularly in regards to shipment’s status as well as continuous communication with overseas to meet delivery commitments.- Resolve, analyze all complaints then identify, share and eliminate root causes.- Establish and enhance operational relation to customer through daily interactions, care visits and pro-actively advising to ensure customer satisfaction.- Cooperate with shipping lines to secure space and services for customers.- Work closely with other departments (OCC, GSC, Sales) to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.- Base on company policy for invoicing accurately.
