I am a finishing-year Ph.D. candidate in Applied Physics at Rice University, advised by Prof. Jacob Robinson and Prof. Ashok Veeraraghavan. My research focuses on developing a miniaturized lensless fluorescence microscope for neural imaging in mice, at the intersection of computational imaging and neuroengineering. I have a strong background in the simulation, design and fabrication of diffractive optical elements, optical table system, and fluorescence microscopy. I also use and have general understanding of methods used to solve inverse problems in computational imaging.Besides work and study, I am also enthusiastic about Violin (ABRSM Grade 8 equivalent), audiophile, PC building & games (MMORPG, Metroidvania, FPS).
