Accomplishments: -Hand-selected to redesign, implement, and oversee the monthly onboarding process in which the new process was reduced by 50% through cross-collaboration with adjacent civilian agencies. This led to a continuous project focused on integrating over 4000 augmentation personnel and 10,000 pieces of equipment totaling $50M to the U.S Army Joint Readiness Training Center over a 12-month period.- Effectively communicated to three to five different temporary onboarding groups (Each group consisted of 300-500 personnel) at any given time throughout the year to be fully prepared and execute the onboarding procedure. -Leveraged the SAP Business place work model to track equipment maintenance to increase overall awareness of maintenance and performance of essential equipment. Reduced downtime by 25% through data-driven insights and proactive maintenance strategies.-Ranked #1 out of three onboarding programs on Fort Johnson by the Commanding General, and was selected to brief the project details and success to the Army Chief of Staff.-Rated within the top 20% of peers by Director during annual performance review.
