As an Executive Education Facilitator at the Royal College of Art, I played a key role in delivering and supporting masterclasses tailored for executives from leading global companies. These courses covered a range of topics, including Global Innovation, Creative Leadership, Design Thinking, Inclusive Design, Service Design, and Digital Transformation.I was responsible for guiding workshops, leading user research and brainstorming sessions, and supporting journey mapping exercises. My role involved sharing insights from my design education and professional experience and helping executives apply creative and innovative approaches to their work.This experience has strengthened my ability to teach creativity and innovation, as I consistently provided participants with the tools and frameworks needed to foster innovative thinking and problem-solving within their organizations.

I was appointed as a Teaching Assistant for the Design Engineering course at the Dyson School of Engineering, Imperial College London. In this role, I am responsible for reviewing and grading placement reports. My duties include assessing the structure and content of the reports, ensuring they meet the required criteria, and providing detailed feedback and scores. Additionally, I create feedback guidelines to help students improve their work.
