- Own and manage recruiting process through entire candidate lifecycle- Partner with hiring managers and HR managers to identify, recruit and engage with top HR talent at all levels and disciplines to join he companies- Conducting meetings with Hiring Managers, attending college hire events, holding job fairs, performing background checks as necessary, negotiating terms and rates for each client, explaining benefits, extending offers, and closing candidates.- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract, screen, recruit, negotiate with and select high quality candidates.- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule- Identify, select and recommend the best candidate for the clients' requirement- Proactively utilize effective recruitment methods to deliver a qualified and diverse pool of candidates to Hiring Managers in a timely and efficient manner- Acted as the chief liaison between senior management, employees, and clients to improve operational system processes and policies to ensure efficient management reporting, information flow, and business organizational planning.
