Technical liaison between Linaro and Linaro Members to help them maximize the value received from their Linaro membership.

Leveraged industry standard Project Management, Software Development and Support Processes to create a team that successfully developed, delivered and maintained multiple parallel projects. • Integrated a team of widely distributed software developers across USA, Russia, Europe, and India that lead to the successful deployment of the 2013 GM CUE (Cadillac User Experience) as a subcontractor to Bosch. • Developed and successfully negotiated multiple multi-million dollar contracts. • Introduced and incorporated Agile into the organization. Also performed as the Scrum Master for Eclipse-based debug and analysis product development. • Provided technical and operational contributions leading to the successful acquisition of MontaVista by Cavium. • Met organizational growth objectives by recruiting and mentoring a strong organization of tech leads and program managers. • Assured program trends met established objectives by developing and tracking to KPI’s.

Led internal product development initiatives through the development life cycle resulting in the release of MontaVista Embedded Linux based software products.

Led a research & development (R&D) team in the development of enterprise and small office Linux/Windows based storage solutions. As part of Strategic Marketing in the Enterprise Storage Division, developed organizational strategic plans. I also delivered multiple platforms including Linux based SOHO RAID SATA Storage Devices and iSCSI RAID 1U Blades. • Developed perhaps the industry first SATA windows driver using Visual Studio in the Microsoft framework and spearheaded the efforts for it to attain Microsoft WHQL certification. • Direct contributor to the SATA II specification. • Significantly reduced processor validation cycle times and costs by leveraging Linux as an internal validation platform for new Intel processors vs proprietary OS’s. • Showcased leading edge NAS technologies running on Intel Silicon by coordinating technology demonstrations with 3rd party suppliers. • Participated in multiple successful acquisitions by working with Intel Capital (ICap) to perform technical evaluations of acquisition target companies for the purposes of merger and acquisition candidates.

Additional tenure at Motorola as a software developer in the development of network encryption devices.
