I am standing up a new PMO for Advanced development programs. these include programs from DARPA, the DoD University Partnerships and international industrial participation/ offset programs.This portfolio also includes customers with unique operational needs.

I am currently responsible for finding capturing and executing externally funded R&D projects. I am also responsible for international Offsets and Industrial Participation contract requirements.Current focuses are on Fuel Cell, BLOS, advanced ISR payloads and AI/ ML

I am the program manager and technical lead for the ScanEagle 3 program. I am also responsible for the FAA Type Certification and the Insitu Common Architecture avionics program.

I am responsible for the team executing all Contract funded R&D projects at Insitu.

I am currently the Product Owner for a ground control station project responsible for all performance aspects architecture and schedule. I am also a program manager for an advanced payload CRAD project. Previously I was the SEIT Lead for development of the ScanEagle 3 UAS Platform. Responsible for requirements, trade studies, schedule, Integration, and validation

I am responsible for the systems engineering and integration of the electrical drive components (motor, gearbox, ISC, battery etc.) into the vehicle. This work involves everything from packaging to managing interfaces, and optimization. In addition I am responsible for designing and releasing several mechanical, structural, and interface components.

I had several responsibilities with in the battery and cell team. These ranged from cell supplier management to Battery pack validation.

Responsibilities range from development of custom and regulatory tests to aiding with quality system control. Custom tests: I have been test lead on projects from super capacitors life cycle evaluation, to EV module abuse tests, and everything in between.Regulatory testing experience including:UN/DOT IEC 62133RTCA DO-227RTCA DO-311UL 2054and many others.
