The market demand for a data management and supply chain product based on a system from United Technologies called IGOR which helped engineers manage large amounts of data was huge and after founding the company with help from Adra and Sikorsky the group called Matrix was born in Shelton, CT. This company went public after I had departed and was ultimately acquired by Dassault. My real contribution here was writing the original business plan that convinced the team to raise venture capital and leave the DOD jobs. This worked out really well for everyone and is now a part of New England high tech history.
