Business Goals, and Church Goals, is a part of the non-profit GOALS ministry through the Thrive organization by the Bayside Covenant Church in Granite Bay. The Business Goals program provides a simple, effective framework that utilizes three basic, yet profound concepts: First, establish goals that everyone understands and supports (including your customers, vendors, employees and family (yes, we did say your family). Second, put the right people in the right position to accomplish the goals. Third, and most important, a daily process that accomplishes what every customer, vendor, and employee wants most while working with your company. Business Goals classes include the live taught (ZOOM) class, class materials, and a weekly one-on-one meeting with your class facilitator (think coach).

After a three-year role as President of the Board of Directors for HEART4Victims (H4V), I have stepped aside and now work as a volunteer advisor to the Executive Director. This year, that has included a large project that has registered H4V as a supplier in 45 of the US states and territories in preparation of grant opportunities. H4V is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting victims of crime seeking assistance from government programs, service providers, victim advocates, and attorney representatives. H4V has identified many resources, including potential financial compensation, that may be available to victims and their families. H4V works to simplify the processes of obtaining financial assistance and other victim related services.H4V also provides technology solutions to Victim of Crime Administrators and service providers. Technology solutions include claims management systems, online crime victim compensation applications, and the innovative Virtual Postal Box, and others.

As Manager, LTL Business Development at C.H. Robinson Worldwide I report to the Director, LTL Business Development. My primary responsibility is the generation of new business and retention of existing business for LTL Outsourcing and Consolidation as a part of the West Region resource team. I am also responsible for leading and participating in strategic account discussions as well as contract and pricing strategy, working directly with the network offices and the LTL leadership team. The LTL service line is a $1.7B business for CHRW. CHRW has been recognized on Fortune’s Most Admired List for the seventh time (February 16, 2017) and as one of the 50 best companies to sell for in 2016 by Selling Power Magazine (tied for 37th place with Google and Microsoft).

As Vice President of Sales Operations at Clean Energy, I report to the President and Chief Executive Officer. I am responsible for leading a team that develops and implements strategic programs that help accelerate the adoption of NGVs. This includes pricing programs, financial modeling, marketing, real estate, telemarketing, sales force automation, and sales training. Our Sales Operations team directly supports the efforts of our NTT field sales force.Aligning fleets to Clean Energy’s ‘America’s Natural Gas Highway’ has been my primary responsibility for over three years. In that time the NTT has opened nearly 100 “truck friendly” stations that have dispensed over 40 million gallons of fuel. The natural gas fueling infrastructure serves long-haul trucks traveling across the USA as well as regional trucks working within local areas.
