- Help Create or update security test plans and test cases based on new product features, customer requirements or identified problems.- Help Developed and optimize automated test cases with continuous improvements in coverage and efficiency- Provide solid traceability from software requirements to test cases to test results- Identify and run a series of tests against new software builds on reference and/or customer hardware- Analyze test results, debugging observed issues, generation of defect reports, verifying fixed issues, updating pre-existing defect reports.- Create test reports based on test results for internal and external audiences with high attention to detail.

- Test, identify and report bugs related to Security center software. (Unified security platform: access control,video surveillance, and automatic license plate recognition).- Create and execute test cases under functional requirement specs related to Stratocast (cloud based securitymanagement solution)- Provide estimates and status reports to management.- Work closely with Developer team, Operation team, product managers and Technical Support team.- Provide technical support on all Genetec products, including troubleshooting and documentation of cases.- Manage technical issues.- Create test cases based on real life scenarios reported by customers and reproduce the issue in a test environment.- Deliver clear and actionable insight in addition to detailed and specific information on how the issue ca be reproduced.- Improve system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
