Current๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐๐น๐๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ:โข Responsible driving Insurance business through Bank of Baroda Bank (Bancassurance channel), ensuring delivering results as per the organization business goals.โข Achieve assigned annual target of the branch by driving sales across all.โข customer segments- Business mix in terms of blended premium & amp; no. of cases.โข Maintain cordial relationship across all ranks and files of the branch and resolve escalations with in TATs.โข Support bankโs sales force in terms of various activities like Joint sales calls to generate leads.โข Update branch manager on accurate records of referrals received from all constituents of the branch.โข Adhere to the TATs on first customer contact & amp; follow ups from the date the lead is being registered.โข Service branch customers for any query.โข Regular product training / refresher to the sales force of the branch.โข Ensure activation of bankโs sales force on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.โข Drive productivity by right advising of health insurance solutions.โข Measure penetration across relationship manager, client base / branch baseโข Engage in branch customer awareness program and explore every possible opportunity to bundle the health insurance proposition. โข Effectively drive the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank Staff.
