Beat the bomb needed a new database design that was performance oriented. This needed to be done in place in such a way as to not disrupt day to day operations. I developed the new table architecture within the database, and then built a custom PHP pipeline for extracting data, transforming it into the new format, and re-loading it into the database (ETL).

The company needed to glean data from Google Ads Tag Manager for client websites in the hospitality industry, and then send it to a data ingest pipeline to store the data in BigQuery. For the ETL pipeline I built the in-page code to glean user information from the data layer in Google Ads, and the ingest service in App Engine using JavaScript which passed it to BigQuery using the GCP API Libraries.
