I'm building TruTake, a platform that uses crowd intelligence to elevate diverse perspectives in online communities. By applying "Wisdom of the Crowd" techniques to social media, we aim to shift the focus from viral popularity to more inclusive and reliable information discovery. - Developed data quality standards and data governance practices on the Audience Knowledge Team serving the Proctor & Gamble L.O.B. - Built an automated weekly reporting framework in Python, SQL, and Tableau by harmonizing disparate data sources to build rich datasets, delivering historical and live insights into marketing metrics and business KPIs. Leveraged by teams and stakeholders for planning, tactics, financials, and analytics purposes. - Developed an accelerated TV reach tracking report using novel data sources and built a regression model to inform weekly national ad tactics within the L.O.B. - Managed 100+ different time series data streams from over 20 data vendors by developing reusable data strategy and expanding existing data architecture. - Worked with data vendors to maintain and enhance feeds. - Lead two junior analysts in the development of ETL pipelines from various APIs and corporate databases, automated QA processes using algorithms, and built notification systems for team data operations, automating away 100s of hours of work per month. - Designed ad-hoc reporting pipelines to power dashboards for new brands, and executives with urgent tracking needs. - Liaised between client work team, internal work team, and executives. - Managed and mentored junior analysts, contributing to their technical and career development.- Managed data product development and sprint planning, timelines and deliverables; anticipated project break-points and proactively worked on solutions to address risk / constraints.

Worked with Dr. Allen Mincer of NYU Physics:- Results have contributed to both the ATLAS 2017 PUB Note and the 2020 Run 2 Performance Note: https://arxiv.org/abs/2005.09554- Developed a new method to optimize algorithm efficiency by weighting results from multiple ATLAS algorithms.- The hyprid algorithm approach using bisection optimization was approved for testing and is currently in use in three data-collection chains at the Large Hadron Collider ATLAS experiment as of April 2018, filters TBs / sec.- Hybrid algorithm techniques allow the Missing Transverse Momentum (MEt) group to achieve 5%-10% increase in signal efficiently in L1 triggers, opening signal bandwidth for other research groups.- Gave more than 12 talks over 4 years presenting on algorithm efficiency, correlation between ATLAS algorithms, and hybrid algorithm approaches to the MEt Group. - Used C++ with the ROOT Data Analysis Framework to study new data-collection algorithms. - Became an authorized CERN cloud user, compiled data into ROOT trees over globally-distributed Linux servers.

I was the Chief Sound Engineer for my high school's theater program for four years. I helped run over 12 musicals and dozens of small plays. During my tenure, I was hired by the Rochester Community Schools district to perform engineering duties at Summer events and for district-wide occasions at local high schools.
