I previously had a successful CPA practice from 1976 on that I sold and retired in April 2018. I was the co-chair that re-wrote California Sales Tax Regulation 1540 for the Graphic Designers and the Advertising Industry from 1998 to 2002 that outlawed sales tax on artwork that went on the internet and I am active in Manhattan Beach local activities.
