Don Khalifa joined Janeson Recordings previously known as RJ under the company RJ Ideas in 2015 and left in 2016. He was recontacted and given another 2 years of contract due to the impact of the first hiring.He joined as the business development manager and has been instrumental in the growth of the company.The company has featured on major events such as the Ongea Music Summit, which features music stakeholders from different parts of the world.Among many other strengths, he has dignified leadership skills, he can tutor/ teach and has coached many students successfully as a voice coach in voice over and music, he can write (film/ music videos scripts and song lyrics) he can sing and has numerous albums on iTunes and other worldwide platforms including Kanjian which is a Chinese platform.He is currently in the board of directors who are also instrumental in influencing the direction the company takes.
