With over six years of experience in engineering and manufacturing of composite reinforced pressure vessels (COPV) and filament winding, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions for the aerospace and defense industry. I am a certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) and SolidWorks Simulation Associate (CSWSA), and I have completed the COPV Damage Detection Course issued by NASA White Sands Test Facility. I am currently a Manufacturing Engineer at NuSpace Inc., a leading company in developing and launching reusable rockets and spacecraft.As a Manufacturing Engineer, I manage manufacturing and projects to meet engineering and manufacturing metrics, create specialized tooling and fixtures, own portions of or complete manufacturing lifecycle for products, and coordinate selection of manufacturing methods and fabrication of products and designs. I also write work instructions and engineering masters, travel for sourcing between suppliers and vendors, and provide technical advice to improve quality of engineering and manufacturing practices.
