Phase Change Memory Design Engineer and Team LeadAs Design Team Manager, I planned and led a team of design engineers through two full chip projects, and a third follow on chip revision. As part of these projects I managed team assembly through nation wide recruitment, resource allocation, milestone planning and project execution. Additionally, I was lead digital designer and verification engineer for one project, and verification contributor for the second. I also led early device characterization and debug for first hardware on the LPDDR2 project, as well as specification authorship for both products.

I was also responsible for chip-level mixed signal verification.Additionally, I performed top level physical design as needed, and LVS and DRC checking throughout the design.As part of technology node migration, I was design team lead for a "mock" chip fold to test and correct the newly assimilated design flow.
