In my career I’ve led technology, finance and consulting teams for industry leading firms including Capital One & SRA International. At Capital One, I am currently Vice President in Commercial Bank Technology leading a 200 person team and managing a $40 million budget. I joined Capital One in 1999 to lead Finance, Capital Markets and Payments systems to accelerate our growth as a monoline credit card company. In 2008, I began leading finance systems integration of large bank acquisitions. In 2014, I joined our Commercial Bank Tech to build software products and platforms for our clients and associates. Earlier in my career I held roles in technology, operations, strategy and finance. My experience and education includes both finance and technology. I graduated from James Madison University with a BS degree in Economics and Computer Information Systems. I received an MBA, with honors, from George Washington University. My skills includes cloud engineering, agile delivery methodologies, full-stack development, program management, product development, human centered design, consulting, strategic planning, machine learning, business analysis and corporate finance. Additionally, I am passionate about giving back to our community. In 2019, I joined the Board of Directors at St. Joseph's Villa, the longest continuously operating children's charity in the United States.

I manage 32 agile teams and a $40+ million budget and am focused on organizational strategy, people leadership & practices that unleash the full value of our technology transformation. The implementation considered Dodd-Frank regulatory requirements as well as future swap dealer reporting requirements.
