Led the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the municipality’s strategic goals and outcomes by engaging Council, Executive Team, and Manager stakeholders on what defines success for the County.Led representatives from various departments in the development of a portfolio of strategic priority project charters to guide integrated alignment, demand management, and decision making. Based on the charters, Administration successfully made the case for Council to approve $1.3 million in funding to support the portfolio of projects.Provided expertise to increase corporate portfolio and project management maturity through improved analysis of project conflicts, interdependencies, and demand management, as well as project alignment, oversight, tools, and support.

In just over two years serving the County, I have successfully lead the development and implementation of an improved multi-year business planning process that has brought about increased alignment, collaboration, corporate capacity planning, accountability, strategic thinking and data-driven decision making. As the Manager of Corporate Continuous Improvement and Innovation program, I am leading the development and implementation of program activities across four core elements: Leadership, Resources, Collaboration and Planning/Reporting.
