Utilizing my experience as a graduate of the MLB Scout Development Program (Evaluations of AZ Instructional League and Arizona Fall League Players) while Completing between 135 and 145 MiLB live in Ball Park Point Person Score Keeper game assignments for Baseball Info Solutions per season (with additional MLB games independently) through 2017, I have honed my ability to Scout, Evaluate, Analyze, and Project the Tools and Make-Up of players from the A-Advanced California League, AA Texas League, AAA PCL, and the Houston and Texas MLB Ball Clubs using proper Baseball Phraseology. Recognizing a unique opportunity to further develop my Professional Baseball Player Evaluation acumen while providing essential Advanced Baseball Game Score Keeping data through consistent Professional Baseball Game expert observation, I provide a constant uniform basis of game data collection--on nightly deadline--that ensures consistent Analytic interpretation.Recognizing BIS' need for reliable and knowledgeable Scorekeepers in the 60 AAA and AA cities and towns (90 since adding A-Advanced Leagues in 2017) across the country, I developed a program to recruit and fill these positions.

In addition to and separate from required Score Keeping data below, I record descriptions of the 5 Tools (Hit, Power (game production and raw), Fielding, Arm, and Running) on each of the Position Players and---most importantly---how/if the tool(s) can affect a MLB game. For Pitchers I add Delivery/Mechanics descriptions and chart pitch type, velo, and locations in addition to type of balls and strikes mentioned below in order to get a feel for each Pitchers stuff. In short, this enables me to identify all aspects of each individual pitch with the quality, effect, pitchability, and deception of each offering. Assessing how these traits would perform vs MLB hitters is essential.The Score Keeping aspect relates to exact and accurate live Scoring of the entire scope of the game: All Pitch results: Balls (in the dirt and Catchers blocks), Strikes (taken, swinging, bunt swinging, bunt fouls, bunt foul third strikes), Fouls (type, velo, and location on plays that result in outs, errors or bunt foul pop ups), Batted Balls in play (Type, Velo, and a separate field diagram of the ballpark for Location), Type of Plays (SACs, DPs, Infield Flies, Fielders Choices), Force outs, and Pick offs. Correct base running advancement is also important. Other included features are Defensive Misplays, Difficulty of Plays Made---or Not Made---and questionable Umpires calls.

Achieved the highest Certification level for reporting Live Game Event Data Entry Score keeping of NBA and NCAA Basketball games using STATS Basketball Scoring Software. Between 50 and 70 game assignments per season. My coverage level requires: Lineups, Substitutions, Referees, Game Clock (game time, accuracy, and running/ stopped) and Timeouts. Each Players game actions: Shots (Taken, Type, Made or Missed, and Location of each), Rebounds (offensive and defensive), Fouls (types and shots rewarded), Free Throws, Assists, Steals, Turnovers, and Blocked Shots.
